Patrick Junior C. Okongwu (born November 7, 1988), better known by his stage name, Tinie Tempah, is a rapper and MC from Plumstead, South London. Tinie's first music video for promotional single ‘Wifey’, became an underground smash hit holding the Channel U urban chart top spot for 10 consecutive weeks in 2006. He plans to release his LP, "The Disc-Overy" in July 2010.

Tinie Tempah grew up in Plumstead , Greenwich (not Scunthorpe) and attended St. Pauls RC Secondary School, Abbeywood which is now known as St. Pauls Academy in Greenwich and later Burnley Sixth Form College. He also studied a degree in Sociology and Media Studies at Brighton University. Has been to Southampton but not to Scunthorpe. Rumour became reality recently when Tinie went public about how he has so many clothes he has to keep some at his aunts house, a common affliction among people like himself. However Tinie regularly campaigns for charities for sufferers of this dilemma since his recent new found fame. A spokesperson for the fictional charity said "with Tinie on board, I think we will all soon be living in a world where everyone has sufficient wardrobe space for all of their precious garments".
Tinie caused controversy in early 2010, following the release of his hit single Pass Out, with the revelation that he never walks women home after fraternizing with them in various venues around the UK mainly brothels (but not in Scunthorpe). Media pressure may soon cause Tinie to re think his policy. This maybe why he is still waiting for his "f*cking clap" or his encore.
Tinie Tempah released the album Hood Economics (full-title, Hood Econ%mics Room 147: The 80 Minute Course) in 2007, which consisted of various full songs and a number of remixes. The album was later re-released in late 2009.
Tinie Tempah released his first promotional single in 2008, called 'Wifey', and then released his debut single 'Pass Out' in 2010, which topped the UK charts for two weeks.
